AutoLink Media is owned and operated by AutoLink LLC.

By utilizing the platform at https://www.autolink.media, you hereby consent to adhere to these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy. Within these terms and conditions, the terms "platform" refer to the AutoLink platform, while "we," "us," "our," and "AutoLink" denote AutoLink LLC, and "user," "you," and "your" pertain to you, the AutoLink user.

Scope of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions encompass your use of the platform — including mobile, tablet, desktop, and other device versions, accessible via desktop, mobile, tablet, social media, or other devices.

01 — AcceptanceAcceptance of Terms

By registering and utilizing the platform, you are entering into an agreement and agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, refrain from using the platform and discontinue service use immediately. We reserve the right to amend this agreement periodically, with such changes becoming effective upon posting on the platform or website. Your continued use of AutoLink following such modifications constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated terms. Therefore, regular review of this agreement is important.

You certify that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations. AutoLink holds the discretion to refuse service to any user and adjust eligibility criteria. This provision may not be valid in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.

02 — AccountAccount

When you register on the platform, you will be prompted to select a password and may be required to provide additional information such as your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are liable for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to:

• (a) immediately inform AutoLink of any unauthorized account use or security breaches, and
• (b) log out of your account at the end of each session.

Using another user's account without prior authorization from AutoLink is strictly prohibited. By providing AutoLink with your email address and phone number, you agree to receive notifications, important communications, news, and special content via email and SMS messages. If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can opt out by contacting us through the provided contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in emails or replying with "STOP" to SMS messages.

03 — Advertising accountsAdvertising Accounts

Users can utilize ad accounts provided by AutoLink to publish ad campaigns and top up these accounts as per their budgets. Ad accounts are available for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google). Users can manage their advertising account top-ups, balances, invoices, and educational resources through their platform accounts.

Users are solely responsible for their advertising accounts and must adhere to platform advertising policies. Maintaining the account balance and ensuring timely top-ups are the user's responsibility. Failure to top up accounts on time may lead to pausing of ad campaigns. Users cannot resell or redistribute advertising accounts without AutoLink's permission. To use the services and advertising accounts, users must register and purchase a subscription.

04 — SubscriptionsSubscriptions

To access the platform and services, users must purchase a paid subscription. Subscriptions may include automatic recurring monthly payments, which users authorise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. Users are responsible for managing subscriptions and billing dates.

05 — PaymentsPayments

Aside from subscriptions, users pay top-up fees. Both subscriptions and advertising account top-ups are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions activate upon payment completion, and users receive electronic receipts. AutoLink is not responsible for third-party processing fees. Payment information is processed securely and solely for subscription purchases.

06 — OwnershipOwnership and Licenses

AutoLink retains intellectual property rights over the platform and its content. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purposes, with restrictions on copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering.

Users agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes. Violation of these terms may lead to account termination.

07 — DisclaimerDisclaimer

AutoLink does not guarantee results, profits, or losses from advertising campaigns or the use of platform content. Users bear responsibility for the success or failure of their actions.

08 — Confidential informationConfidential Information

Information shared through AutoLink's services and advertising campaigns is treated as confidential and used solely for service provision. AutoLink safeguards confidential information and may disclose it to authorised personnel if necessary for prospective business relationships.

09 — Third-party materialsThird-Party Materials

Third-Party Materials are subject to third-party terms and licenses and may be used as permitted by those terms.

10 — CopyrightCopyright

All materials on AutoLink are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of materials is prohibited. These terms and conditions are effective upon acceptance and govern your use of AutoLink's platform and services.
